If unjust laws make "criminals" out of ordinary good people then i guess the term "criminal" loses its meaning as it is the government which in fact becomes the defacto criminal ;)

    Now that's a shock!

Someone bought in massively or what?

The cryptos are undoubtedly totally different from anything I've seen so far. I'm perplexed.

I make a killing on aurora coin mining them early on

They are sitting @ 10k difficulty atm so are now un profitable to mine

Though I do feel it is a false economy and will end in tears

I have moved on to mining litecoins for the time being.

I am already getting confused with so many alt coins appearing. They are only diluting the market. The more they make of them, the more they spread the invested fiat.

    Dispersed attention, dispersed invested money...

I'm focusing on the top 5-10 digital currencies.

I agree, it's getting too stupid now.
One thing I've learnt quickly - never buy a crypto that is new and spiking up. That's asking to be fleeced.
If you can mine this **** before people start buying, then so much the better.
As it is, I'm getting out of all the alts and consolidating what I have in USD and LTC.

When I say alts, I basically mean "anything not BTC and LTC".
It's a 434 million market compared to the nearest "free" altcoin, which is Peercoin at 74 (not counting Ripple and Aurora).
Maybe it's just my misuse of the term "alt".

Guess the big question is will LTC rise to join BTC or fall to join the other alts.
I have nfi. Only time will tell.

Good luck to all picking the right horse.

I've tried to back LTC since when I got into it last year.
It's the most promising alt in my opinion, the first to use scrypt.

The fact that BTCChina's owner and the creator of LTC are brothers means it has a place to trade for a while.

This is what I need to start getting into.

Seems mining new coins and holding for that first spike is the best move.

I am trying to guess whether DOGE is one of those "early pump and dump" coins.

It's not looking as promising now as it once did.

Doge is just past it's honeymoon phase, still the second most transacted coin after BTC though. This will weed out the pumpers and day traders IMO and will allow doge to stabilize before an inevitable long term move up again.

The community behind Doge will ensure it's long term success I think.

^ I ****ing called this a month ago.
I'd be interested to get back into DOGE once it hovers sideways and BTC starts to shoot up.

Yep you picked the top (for now) within a 12 hr period. Tha doge is already on the way back up too after a low of 123.
Alt's cannot survive without a solid community behind them but Doge definitely has that.

Sold my DOGE this afternoon for a decent profit.
I don't think it's going to stay this high much longer.
I am going to be crazy and say that this is a big high before a crash and then a period of stable prices.
