Hi everyone I am new here and feeling my way around the I have been doing some research re Insurance for Collectibles ie coins. Reserve Vault has very attractive insurance rates if you store with them and on its website mentions suitable for SMSF. They told me in an email they had many clients SMSF who have taken their insurance. I have a quote from a specialist SMSF Insurance Broker that is obviously a lot higher and he indicated to me that Group insurance (such as RV) where SMSF is noted on policy and not the actual policy holder doesn't comply with the regulations. I am going to check this out more over the next few days but wondered if anyone that reads this does store with RV & have the insurance they offer and did they get advice that is was ok.
