This sort of video used to make me angry. Now I get sad that they are basically saying they are going to continue to do the same to others. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSIOUwEs9i4
There has been several weeks of legal maneuvering but I have been informed that this story is finally going to hit the media tomorrow. It will be in The Australian - Business section, apparently front page. Will eagerly wait for tomorrows issue.
Here it is, in today's news papers http://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/cb...failed-developer/story-e6frf7jo-1226599352627 This is what CBA don't want you to know about. I took video outside of the barrister outside of court today along with other press photographers. Will see if I can post it.
Awesome, I love outside court video, the "perp walk" also known as "the slow walk of shame" is always amusing.
Here is the story in today's The Australian. As he was named in open court yesterday he can now be mentioned in the media. http://www.couriermail.com.au/news/...ba-conflict-case/story-e6freon6-1226600129095 Here's the video I shot of him yesterday at court http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0UB8n80z22k More CBA tactics to come ...
Here's an update on CBA's barrister switching sides in the middle of the case. This milestone was reached late last week. http://www.theaustralian.com.au/bus...gadens-documents/story-fn91wd6x-1226622023226 The public will be hearing a lot more details of what is really going on, over the coming months. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7iZq8JCtt4 Enjoy
more media coverage, lots more coming http://www.theaustralian.com.au/bus...tial-information/story-fn9656lz-1226626213543
Hoping asking questions doesn't prejudice a case in progress, but how can any protected documents be found? Or are the key ones electronic? Still, at the end of the day there's presumably confidential information in his head that has improperly benefitted CBA.
