Not much info or detail just the map from the manufacturers website. Looks like Perth, Brisbane and Sydney

I just read that there is already one up and running and that BXE one technically isn't the first.

I seem to recall hearing about gold ATMs when gold was over $1700

OK so what exactly is a bitcoin ATM ?
Just trying to imagine how it would operate.

Would you use it to buy bitcoins by depositing cash into the machine ?
Or would you use bitcoins you already have to withdraw AUD ?
    Or both ?

Will users be sitting there typing in their public key into the ATM machine ?

How long with they have to wait at the ATM until the transactions are confirmed ?

    Anybody know ?

I think the Lamassu one can only sell for cash by printing or reading a QR code, Robocoin can do both.

BTC ATMs already function. If Bitcoin is really of interest to you. I would suggest you simply check out some videos on YT regarding the BTC ATMs and see them in operation via video.
Please realise that BTC and the technologies being built around it, are still in their infancy. BTC is still in it's infancy!.
The transfer of Bitcoin via sound 'chirps' has also been developed. Not much is covered on this forum.
Just check out some of the videos on Bitcoin conferences. This is a good way to get an idea of the wider platform beyond the everyday "currency" aspect.
