Someone has probably posted elsewhere, but Ainslie were closed at 9.30am with sign saying 'closed today due to high volume of sales to process' or something like that..

Lets see how I go tomorrow morning! :D

Yeah ... I'm waiting for them to get back to me as to my order for 200 dragons that they accepted a CC deposit for.

They were supposed to send me something....

    Kookaburra getting impatient.

Don't assume that it's locked in just because you paid the deposit, you have to wait for their invoice to be sure of what your getting

I dont assume anything. I'm just marvelling at the mess. :/

No invoice sent yet... And no polite decline either.

Sure, every company can have difficulties from time to time. It's just a matter of how you handle it that shows your character.

Those who know me, know why I'm buying .... And that I am not so naive to think that it's locked in just because I paid a deposit.

    Apparently even 100% deposits don't guarantee a lock-in these days. :(

Ainslie got a lot of new employees. They use be 3 and they are least seven or more now. All asking each others questions.
That was my experience on my last visit.

lol - their online shop has been closed for almost a week now - ever since silver took that nosedive!

it was the same thing last time silver tanked in April - then they had a stocktake that lasted about a week too

The Dragon release is reminiscent of a wild west run to the Whore house.
    It just keeps getting worse.

the closures have given me a good opportunity to see what deals are on with other bullion dealers......and i must say.....competition is getting pretty good.....happy to have had a chance to do business with others..................certainly moves me away from having just one or two main suppliers....competition is good!!

Went in this morning. In and out in under 10 minutes. Had a great chat to another lady there. Seems they were all busy busy though.

Yup, smooth as, the newbies have got the system down now.. Internet sales had to be closed again though this morning the Boss said, just too many to process!!! If anyone needs me to run for em, $30 an hour, paid in silver. I have good feedback.
