Have some fixed priced items available if anyone is interested.

    1) 1 x 2oz kook with florin privy + 1oz 1990 Proof Kook (in capsules only with slight rim toning) = $120
    2) 2013 1oz Perth Mint Proof Snake COA #70 = $100
    3) 1 x 2002 1/2oz kook on card + 1 x 2003 1/2oz Proof kook with coa and box = $75
    4) 6 x 1oz American theme coins (image above in earlier post ) = $280
    5) 9 x 1oz Perth Mint Coloured Dragon Set (image above in ealier post) = $790
    6) 2 x 2011 Perth Mint Beijing Expo "East Meets West" 1/2oz Koala & Dragon = $150 for both or $80 each
    7) Complete 6 coin set of RAM Anniversary States Series 7oz in total (each coin comes with its own coa and display case) $320 for the set

I maybe able to do a slightly better price if interested in multiple items.....but you will have to buy the misses a red wine on the night per item discounted
ie. if interested in items 1 & 2 the best price would be $200 plus 2 red wines (her choice - don't worry she's cheap - she married me - I don't believe I just wrote that :) )

If interested send me a pm and I'll bring the items to the meet.

Just a quick reminder...if considering listing any items to be auctioned, please do so by the Friday before the meet.

Hi everyone, I will be bringing along quite a few silver chains, bracelets and charms for those that want to do some bargain basement .925 silver Xmas shopping!

For those that like Kangas I have some carded ones for $40 each and most of the gilded ones in box and COA for around the $100 mark (some higher some lower).

I have a couple of other listings up at the moment so if you would like to save on postage have your coins and bars delivered to the meet!

    See you there!

    Hi Zoltanman
    Welcome to ss.
Have sent you a pm with venue details.

Silver and Wine meet.....I like the sound of that :)
Plus "Andsing56" is away until November, but believe he also has beer that he's looking to trade.
And then we have SA Gold Digger who is a connoisseur on Farmer Union Ice Coffee

Maybe we should have a beverage theme for our next meet in November, Decemeber, January, February, March...... :)
Ooops thats right, we already do :)

As a "Responsible Person" (well that what it says on my work badge)
I promote responsible drinking and that beer, wine and milk must be consumed in moderation as excess usage may cause long term effects (already too late for some) :)

Now, do we have any silver for sale ?

I will be completing the auction schedule tomorrow night, so if your contemplating adding anything to the auction, please do so by tomorrow.

I believe another enjoyable night had by all.

Cheers to Billion Baron, SA Bogan and Gold Digger for running last nights auction.

I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone for having a little bit of fun with the "Old Gold auction", to say that this auction came to a smashing end, would be an understatement.;)

Good news for those that were unable to attend last night, it appears everyone is keen for one last meet before breaking over xmas......so put Sunday November 24th in your diary.

Alex from Pinkmanwhite, has some interesting items that he would like to auction off at next month meet ...... he did mention a couple of items last night, which was enough to grab everyone attention.
(all items will be revealed on the night)

The point got raised last night as to why we don't have meets on say a Friday or Saturday night.
    The following answer was given...
In view of the nature of our meets, we endevour to create a safe , secure and discreet enviroment for all those that attend.
Finding a facilty on a Friday or Saturday night that offers the same enviroment free of charge is virtually impossible.
We've been fortunate enough to aquire a central location that provides the neccessary privacy, it's free of charge and doesn't have prying eyes.
Based on feedback received from members, it would appear that the majority are please with the current arrangement......but in saying that
If anyone is able to locate a central facilty that will offer a private room, free of charge on a monthly basis on either a Friday or Saturday night, please send me a pm with the details or mention it at the next meet.

Not to mention finding a car park in the city on Friday or Saturday night, would be far more difficult than on a Sunday night.
