I'm sure you all recall the commemorative 20 cent NCLT coins on the cards, sold by the News Agents ...

Well, today I came across a sealed bag of 25 rolls ( apparently, rolled by a 'security co.' ).

Each roll seems to be H&T, and from what I can see through the plastic bag, they are mostly all different coins ( there were 14 different types ).

So, has anybody else seen these 'bags' of rolls before ??

There is a bag of loose coins up for sale on THAT auction site .... but nobody has a sealed bag of ROLLS for sale anywhere.

    A good investment ?? Any comments ??

The RAM only produce limited 'rolls' over the past decade or more.

There are many examples, where 'security company' rolls are bringing good prices on THAT auction site.

Eg.s There is a 2000 $1. MoR roll from BRINKS that is currently sitting on an AMAZING $937. for a single roll !!!! ( 15 hours to go )

What about the Gold & Red Poppy $2. rolls ? No RAM - all security companies. Prices now around $500. - $600. for a $50. F/V roll !!

    I paid $200. for a bag.
Same seller has decided to put the other bag on ebay, where current bid is $395.
Bag of loose coins up for 'buy iy now' @ $495.

Doubling your money is very possible in buying / selling decimal rolls.

I doubt we will see that potential with gold and silver bullion ( again ).

    Don't 20's come in rolls of $4 (only 20 coins not 25) ?

    Mate, find a calculator, and do 20 x 25.

Fairly confident, you will find it to be 500.

The coins are being sold in bags of 25 rolls .... OF 20 COINS EACH ROLE.
