    What grade would you say this is, and what value?

    Didn't want to take it out of the capsule which made it difficult to photograph, so I took a few photos from different angles.

    Its not a Half its a full sovereign,would grade as about EF good VF,nice reverse,pity its not the half

    Im not a professional and grading is hard enough when you have the coin in your hand so looking at a photo..... well you get the picture ;)

    Nice coin, I would say aEF

    It was bought many years ago, not by me

    Greensheet says EF at $500,gold content is $390,i would think a retail of around $495 would pull it up,not a rare date and not likely to ever achieve much more than 20 to 30 percent over spot
