Up on Auction is a Stunning and Rare 1 Oz Westpac Johnson Matthey Gold Bar 9999 Pictures Below:

Starting bid at spot price which is currently $1855.

Auction ends on Wednesday 29th May 2019 at 9:00 PM AEST (Melbourne time)

Anti snipe rule in place where any valid bid within the last 5 minutes of auction extends the finish time by 5 minutes. Auction will be officially over 5 minutes from last bid.

Conditions:
* No edited bids
* All bids in whole $
* Postage at winners cost/choice/risk or F2F in Melbourne for $5 to cover my train fare to meet you
* Any disputes to be settled via pm and at my discretion
* Payment via bank transfer within 48hrs of auction finish

I had a 10oz Westpac bar many years ago..... I want it back!

I remember that bar you are talking about, you showed it to me in 2016 back when you were at Gold Stackers. Having a Bank bar is a great reminder that even banks know that Gold is money, which makes pieces like this extra meaningful.

Hey Ogre,
Those ICBC bars are quite recent... I don't think they'll make much premiums here...close to spot I'm guessing.
 
Chinese Bank gold bars are common because in China banks still sell gold till today and they don't have any plans on changing that, it's the western banks that have stopped using real money for a while.
 
3 hours to go with "The governor" in the lead at 1955 - Don't let this Rare Westpac Gold Bar get away if you want one, you don't know if you will ever see another one anytime soon ;)
