I'm a little bit proud of the silver sub forum

Well, I can also supply links to State law supporting my statements. I do agree with you however, use of deadly force is likely to raise a lot of complex questions. I suggest with respect we agree to disagree and hope to never end up in such a situation :)

I'm a little bit proud of the silver sub forum

Silver bullitt 10.28 "..It is in fact illegal to defend your life with any weapon here..." No, that is not true anywhere in Australia. Lawful self defence includes the killing of an assailant. A question on 'excessive self defence' may be raised depending on circumstances ie killing a person...

My stacking goal right now is to convince my kids to stop spending my money so I can stack.

What weight gold bullion bars/coins do you prefer buying?

1 oz PM Roo and Lunars, 1 oz RCM howling wolf. I never buy less than a full ounce. I am being seduced by the American St Gauden's but have so far resisted.

Caltex axing a total of 650 jobs over next few years.

So, Australia is an island; it imports 2/3 of its oil; it has no strategic oil reserve, and apparently no intention to estabish a reserve; the number of on-shore oil refiners is growing smaller. Not a good example of strategic planning at a national level by the federal govt (of either side). I...

    Wedge Tailed Eagle bullion coin

The relevant determination (F2013L01583) spans Sept 2015 - Feb 2014, the 'explanatory statement' section only mentions proof and high relief versions. Perhaps bullion versions of proofs are covered in the Currency Act 1965 or some other enabling legislation? I agree the design is likely to...

    Introduction

Hi, I have been reading SS for a few years and slowly stacking Ag and Au NCLT. I don't subscribe to WTSHTF. I like the artwork and am fascinated by coin history. Also, honestly - who can say they are not mesmerised by the way light plays across PM?

    Wedge Tailed Eagle bullion coin

Comlaw.gov.au is an Aust federal gov website holding a complete and current collection of Aust legislation. No guarantee a coin would be minted (government normally reserves the right in this type of activity not to be bound by its previous decisions) but, if a coin is minted comlaw describes...
