    The word "again" and reference to the last call implies "up". I think no one understood it as down.

    At worst it was completely wrong when implied direction is taken into account. I think we all know what was implied, even though there was enough ambiguity to do a politicians denial.

    At best, it was a meaningless call since it doesnt give direction. Last thread someone asked, and it was up.

    Right, pull the other one. Good entertainment though.
