Proof & BU; apparently release date is later this month.

Guessing it's a series? Haven't looked into it much yet.

Personally not much of a death-themed stacker/collector (even if there's a deeper meaning)..

I won't buy the coin, but I like the metaphor.

The quality of the coins is too poor for me to buy, will be selling my other Sbss soon,

Yeah, I placed a small order for something else last night/this morning after spot got hit for a sudden 1.5% in just a few minutes.. Was thinking of tossing in a few various Silver Shield pieces, which would be my first, but passed. Have seen some issues with quality, and I already have a few non-(SB)SS generics with sub-par quality, thanks.

Makes one wonder re: Lunar Skulls. And all they really needed was one die design, which could have been whipped up pretty quickly.

I toyed with the idea of 1 each of proof & BU, but glad I saved my money.

Of course, buyers are already getting porked on eBay. A simple Google search would have saved them quite a few bucks.

If I were smart and had the time & money, I'd do more flipping.. At the same time, I'd prefer not to end up sitting on these.

They might do okay, though.. I could see enough people having interest in them.

This round is interesting but Its starting to seem like they are trying to hard. The Lunar Skull I wasn't much into and now this. Not too many unique ways to display a sheep on a coin. Next line of coins is going to be the Lunar animal clothing line and have a 2015 wool coat on it.

Its a Great coin design, I see it as nothing like the skull coin.

This is the bankers screwing the people (sheeple). I will be buying one.

Been reconsidering the past couple days, as I occasionally make exceptions for death-themed.. I might change my mind once the customer photos & YouTube videos start popping up, so I can get a better idea of the actual coins.

I've seen some past examples of questionable quality with Silver Shield pieces, though they do put out some pretty neat designs & concepts from time to time..

So to continue this series... All they need is to keep the wolves and change the dead animal every year?

Next year will be the year of Monkey, may I suggest 2 humans eating monkey's brain with the monkey strapped in a chair?

Not quite! You need to do a bit of SBSS study. This will be the only Lunar styled coin and for a reason and "Lunatics" may not understand or want to understand. :)

I dont believe there will be future releases other than same coin later year stamp. In my opinion it is making a one design statement and bringing SBSS back on track.

This is one to get! the more i look at it the better it gets! Its not the round quality but the message it brings. Western Bankers screwing over westernised sheeple to which most of china has now become.

    I want one!

I would imagine that at least one or two AUS dealers will be carrying them at some point, no?

Possibly those that already carry a few (SB)SS pieces?

But paying inflated premium is not the SBSS way! I would rather pay lower premium and more postage than a high premium to start with from an Aussie dealer.

    Principal at my cost :)

About two years ago I puchased 2 rolls of the BU versions of Liberty or Death and I Want You, and when I received them my opinion was meh. But the proof versions were topnotch with no quality issues whatsoever. I also purchased 10 of the five ounce proof Freedom Girl and two each of five other proof rounds, with the Don't Tread on Me being one of my favourites.

    Cheers,
    Luker

The real coin photo doesn't look promising... maybe the proof is better. Anyone knows the mintage of both version?
