Year of the Dog Series "0"

I picked up this dog medallion/coin which I cant find much info on. Its the year of the dog from the PM 1994. These calendar "coins" were produced from 91-92-93 but this is the first 94 I have seen and the first Lunar incorporated into the calendar coin. Its 5oz 0.999 and COA is no 240 - stamped on the edge of the coin. Has anyone got any info on this coin/medallion its mintage and if there are subsequent medallions, 95+ ?

Those are the 91-93 - no mention of 94 ?

No nothing there - will contact the Perth Mint and maybe I will get a reply .... but I won't hold my breath.
Spoke so several dealers in WA and over east and no one has seen this before - probably pretty rare.
