Would you buy UGLY silver (for below spot)?

    If its bullion silver, traded strictly for its intrinistic value: Buy it, especially if its under spot.
    As long as: It positively IS the promised PM with the promised fineness (999/Sterling/800 etc...)
    Ideally the issuer is well known and reputated.
    HANDS OFF any medals, tokens and alledged PM in ANY FORM. with unknown issuer, weight and fineness imprinted unless you really are an expert.
    If your uncertain or the offer seems too good, leave it.

    Rough and nasty is the way I like it. Just as long as there are n milk spots.
