It's more a "concept study". It's only produced in a small series of 50 cars, which are given to selected buyers. A few years ago, VW produced the "3 liter Lupo", which was a flop, due to the comaratively high price. But we can assume that we'll not be driving through the city centre with Hummers and Porsches in a few years, so this is probably the way to go.

Ha ha nice one.....That's why I love the new Falcon EcoLPi LPG car so much..... Cheap as chips to run, and can tow all sorts of stuff without fuss. Also I wonder how much this thing will cost compared to just paying for a normally powered small car like the Ford Fiesta.

I'm still trying to figure out why a base model Smart car costs $23000.00 drive away.

The weight is a huge factor in fuel efficiency ,but at 795 Kg ,at highway speeds, with wind in the wrong quarter ,it could become the worlds most fuel efficient aeroplane :)

Went for a ride as a passenger in the 'dickie seat' on one a few years back. Accelerated like crazy, cornered on rails & ride as smooth as a modern car. Made hardly any sound and stopped like a new car.

No aircon, airbags, abs, crumple zones or cigarette lighters weighing it down, but still better than a scooter.

    In the late 90's
    FORD
Did an endurance trial of an old original XY
And a "new at the time " Foulcan
The XY was more fuel efficient & and had as good as the "NEW" Foulcan on emissions

NOW be a good consumer & buy a new FOULCAN :p
Ford needs the sales figures
