hmmm. interesting thread, but I can't help but feel some of your views, RC, "from the outside looking in", read a little extremist.

I don't disagree with with your logic that wheat will rise in value, but it is very dangerous to assume you know exactly what is going to happen and how it will play out.

Particularly your proclaimed knowledge of secret groups and their determined plan to bring the whole system down - that does not help anyone - least of all those in power who require the capitalist, democratic framework to protect them. In revolutions, the filthy rich are the first target of the mobs.

I think we are in the current situation due to the collective greed of man and unwillingness of the individual to choose the right path over greater personal wealth at the expense of others. This is coupled with a shift of power from governments to corporations and inefficient governments overtaxing to support their own agendas. I do not believe that there is a secret pact as such to bring about the downfall of democracy from within, this is the just the end result when the liberties of man are eroded away from powerful indivuals pushing the limits for their own personal gain.

Going back to wheat, the other fact that you are banking on is that you will have a buyer - a deal can be struck with either a company, or individuals will want it. In the western world we have specialised and the skill of turning wheat into bread is no longer required by all, nor known. Are you banking on total SHTF scenario where produced food is no longer available and everyone is going to re-learn that lost skill to survive? In that scenario wouldn't you be better off just having your own home-gorwn food to be self sufficient and try and protect what wealth you did have previousely via the shiney stuff in view of recovery? Rather than trying to build wealth on everyones misfortune? They would not be a civil times when people are starving. Personally I don't see it getting that bad, in which case a single silo of wheat may not be the golden ticket you dream of. Plus if you got your timing wrong, you end up with a big silo of grain noone wants as you don't have the competiveness of large growers or ability to provide return service to a larger buyer.

As far as wheat is concerned , I already have enough stored for personal use.
Its pretty simple to make bread these days with these electric breadmakers and a wheat grinder.

Investment-wise I don't have alot of wealth to protect, I'd like to make some before we enter a socialist regime where we no longer can without becoming criminals.

I intend to get out of investing in wheat with some profits before the shitfest truly develops.

    As to your other point,
once you assume the motivations of those engineering the collapse, all rationale you subsequently make hinges on that original assumption.

You seem to be assuming monetary greed is the driving force. If that assumption is true , what you're saying makes perfect sense.

I don't agree with that assumption. The prize is power of the whole world in my opinion. Legal soverignty over everyone of us, backed by arms to enforce it.

Once you have that it doesnt really matter who has the gold and the land. Its all yours anyhow.

Obviously as to the future, no I don't have a crystal ball and am making my best guess based on what these good folks have done in the past. What theyre focusing on now and then trying to figure how best they might achieve their aims.

It seems crazy or surreal to me that we would have open conflict in Australia but somehow I think they will engineer it.

Divide and conquer is how the Jesuits brought about communist revolutions through Latin America and Africa.

And in order to get us docile peasants to get angry, it seems to me they will have to starve us out of our lounge chairs.

And amidst the chaos, the pope shall ride in on the white horse of peace and restoration of order, probably via the United Nations and we shall be grateful and accept his rule.

Again its just an educated guess, but I prefer risking an investment on my own reasoning than following the advice of generous investment advisors freely available on the internet.

Roman, i think you need to take ya tin foil hat off for a minute, and let some air get to your head:p

While your idea has merit, it has been done before and even with Wheat contracts, there is one massive hole in the idea your trying to float.

The amount of grain you will need, is HUGE, who is going to gaurd it for you.

What will stop the gaurds shooting you and stealing ya stash, or any one else for that matter:D

I know i might be going against the grade here but, i personaly think there is nothing worse than some person profiting on some one else misery, and the poor bastard getting the shaft has done nothing wrong, he is just trying to do the best he can for himself and family and BANG some parasite is jaming him for a basic need:mad:.

In all seriousness though, if it gets as bad as that and people are starving and you can turn a massive profit from the staple, then do your self a favour and stock pile ammo, not food, as those with guns will have the food, tin food and ammo good times mate good times:D:D:D

I dont want to store it personally, I want advice on investing in the commodity in the long term.

But if i do, I know where to go for someone to help me guard it.

And I appreciate how ludicrous my world view seems, I can barely believe it myself.

I hope to God I'm wrong because its a real bummer

I think theres more to the elites master plan than creating a shortage of wheat, there are many other grains you could grow to make bread out of, for instance millet, which is also alot more nutritionally beneficial

Its nothing new, that loaf of bread in the near future will cost mans full day wages. The only thing you can do is prepare for it. Say nothing to noone, just prepare, costs are not that high as you might think, but the reward; oh my.

Wout what you call "elites" are willing minions to satanic kiddy fiddlers from my perspective.

About as elite as Mr Bubbles

Im sure they have alot of things working in concert, and a raft of contigency plans.

Taking over the whole world and everyone in it is probably quite a complex scheme.

That's my best guess, I cant stop it happening so I may aswell make a dollar from it if i can.

but I'd be interested in what you see happening

Wheat Plunging as Stockpiles Climb to 10-Year High: Commodities
    November 04, 2011, 12:53 PM EDT

Expanding global supply should ensure food companies don't have to contend with surging prices any time soon. The harvest in Australia, set to be the second-biggest shipper, is estimated at a near-record 26.2 million tons by the government. Exports may climb to an all-time high of 20.4 million tons in the year that started Oct. 1, according to the Canberra-based Australian Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economics and Sciences, a state forecaster that traces its roots to 1945.

World production will climb 6 percent to 691 million tons, boosting stockpiles, the UN's Food & Agriculture Organization said in a report yesterday.

"There's a huge supply of wheat, far more than people had anticipated a few months back," said Abdolreza Abbassian, a senior FAO economist in Rome. "The recovery in production has been very, very good."

Some of my reasons to buy wheat are out of date, clearly.

Maybe look into investing into someone like Monsanto.

One of the most evil corporations in the world, yet could be lucrative.

As an Irish friend said to me once, if I could understand what you're saying I'd be very confused.

Roman - you're right about the increasing domination of food softs - but this isn't anything new I'm afraid. It also isn't conjecture, as we see week-on week, year-on-year...

There was an artist called Gary Clail signed to Adrian Sherwood's On-U Sound System label not long back - he had a famous single titled 'Privatise The Air' - and believe me, 'they' would if they could...

Actually, one of the next biggest things that's going to be manipulated by the megabanks & the global 'elite' is platinum - its already happening as AU outpaces PT, quietly.

Thereafter over the next 20 years there is a clear intention to seize control of many other industrial metals necessary for electronics & defense - that's where my money is right now on a medium-long term view.

Yes i saw perth mint has started making platinum coins again.

I read about how they used to use platinum to make counterfeit gold coins in ye olden days , which is amusing.

I wonder where all those counterfeits are now.

Ive come to realise in the past day that my wheat famine suggestion is possibly way off time-wise.

and that the bill gates foundation has taken over countering this biblical rust plague, so that's reassuring.

I knew we had a good crop here coming through in december because Ive been out to the co-ops.

But I had no idea world stocks could be replenished so quickly.

In short, I'm completely out of my depth and am probably wrong.

I would apologise but as I didnt get what I asked for in return , don't really feel the need

That's ok buddy, you provided a few of us a few minutes entertainment with your ramblings and paranoid delusions! The insinuation that your getting rich quick from something like that is akin to providing machetes to Rawanda's at a refugee camp! I hope your next idea involves a lot less sitting in your mums basement wearing a tin foil hat.

Good luck and cheers for signing off the way you did, that was awesome! At least you did say you had no frigging idea what you were on about!

I didnt make it a melodrama son, your fellow mammon worshippers did.

I have zero knowledge of investing as i said up front.

Im 100% right as far as the way of the world though. If you spend an afternoon reading the free online book ive linked above it will change your life.

Roman, i read a Penthouse mag years ago, i know that changed my life for ever, don't need another change  .

I do agree it is worth looking at things in a differant light, but ramblings like above don't do much for a cause, even if you are right, i am of the same opinion as your self, that big bussiness will destroy us all, but i'm enough of a realest to know that nothing we can do will stop them, as they controll just about every thing we do.

If you want a good read, find a book called "Stark" it's written by Ben Elton, while it is written as a comedy, it does show what will happen to us Humans as things start going bad.

You're right BDR. I do have a cause. Australia is being conquered through the backdoor.

And I will tell everyone and anyone that will listen.

We have been lulled into an irrational, false sense of security by The Jesuits.

"The Company" has tortured and killed 30 million decent white folks already (conservatively).

That isnt a conspiracy its plain, old history.

Not only do they still exist, they advise our leaders on policy today.

I wish I could make what seems bizzare to most people, seem viable.

Maybe its the sheer scope of the conspiracy which protects it from being common knowledge.

It is really hard to get your head around.

I'll bet theres a few masons on this forum that can tell you that things aren't as they seem on tv, in our wondrous democracy

How many natives have been tortured and killed?

This is a problem, us "white" folk worry about our selves, and bugger every one else, there are more people on this mud ball, than whites ;)

I am probably considered fairly intolerant of most ethinic groups as a rule, but the above does get to me, as there is more than "whites" getting the shaft.

I am a firm beliver IF most people on the Planet die, then it will be the Natives that have nothing that will survive through it, it stands to reason if you are used to living in abject poverty then you will not be that worried if the Finacial markets implode

No need for any masons to step forward.
There are regular members here that can see through this gingerbread house.

The Jesuits are only one of many factions.
At present anyone in the know is preparing for an end to this cycle.

I expect that billions will die and that a new system will be implemented.
Interestingly, our demise will lift a huge burden off this planet, which in a way is probably why humans have the built-in capability to destory themselves ;)
