Socialist experiments always end up with the same result because every socialist is a disguised dictator.

The other day a 15yo girl implored the UN to help turn society away from what she perceived ( or was indoctrinated with) an apocalyptic and desperate future. It's not her fault. A 15 yo is hardly able to understand the long struggle against oppression, famine, disease, death and natural disasters we have overcome because of our will to live, entrepreneurial spirit and our capacity for reason. But nonetheless she is frightened so she offered advice from an earlier form of human social organisation - the tribe. Now the tribe is the antithesis of individual freedom it is collectivist and socialism and collectivism are bedfellows. Under a collectivist social structure the needs of the individual are ignored in favour of whatever vision of the future the rulers may have. Even with the best of intentions, in their attempts to create a perfect world, collectivists end up "saving lives today by ushering in starvation tomorrow".

And yesterday I was watching the 1983 movie "Stalin". Whilst a HBO production (from their pre leftie days), it visualises the very point above, including the hypocrisy of the leaders of a socialist / communist society.

Bet Greta has never seen this movie or heard of Stalin or Mao (and their award winning policies).

Any extreme point of view can lead to dictatorship. Someone who wants their point of view to be dominant - people have diverse views so if you want your point of view to be dominant you have to dictate the situation.

If you are saying that only socialists can bring this about I think that is not true.

Human society has shown all persuasions domination in the name of being right or presuming to know what is right for everyone.
