So Quark is still in the top four on coin market cap, you wouldn't believe that though if you just tuned in to your favorite exchange today.

So looks like Coins-E is now the leading exchange for QRK

BTer was down all day today for maintenance but it back up now, new website is now http://cn.bter.com instead of http://bter.com/

Seems a little faster now on BTer but maybe just waiting for people to jump back on

Yeah, just tried bter.com on the work laptop and it got blocked as a sex site.
    cn.bter.com works fine though

Gotta love the creativity of some QRK eBay sellers - this one features a heavily stylised Max Keiser chomping on Quark lol! Quite inspired imho ;)

Do you mean 'hype for the 19th time' or do you mean 'hype on the 19th December' - if the latter what's the scoop?

I reckon so. I noticed the quark dev that posted here left the team with bad words about Max (et al).

Yeah, time to look away... Max's looking like a duck saying Quark Quark Quark...

The good thing about it, I got rid of all my 50k of them, put my BTCs into Armory storage, probably until next year... This 'market' looks like a joke, waiting for some regulators to step in and swipe the broom across the whole shebang... The Exchanges will be the first targets, be prepared to see a few going down in flames. Hope you guys have already worked out the loose ends of it all... Code 7s, sticky keys, disappearing trades, tickets to nowhere, arbitrary arbitrations... Just ask yourself, where would you go to seek 'compensation' if you were fleeced, and since this is a major flaw which can only make it even more attractive for hackers & other shysters don't be at all surprised to see things getting much worse before it gets better, if it ever does, but don't listen to me, I'm probably too old to understand the complexity of the fractal geometry of chaos...

This said, you guys have a safe and happy Xmas

Well, the initial 247,000,000 QRK's have been mined. It'll be interesting to see how it fares now....
