That's a good point but it works both ways. If it's an irrelevant amount the dealer could wear it to keep his customers happy. It reminds of the banks raising interest rates the day the reserve moves them up but they take weeks to pass on the cuts.
+1 I think most people here in business would know, sometimes we make a loss just to do the right thing or keep the customer happy. (Well atleast i know i have anyway!)
