    Hey Guys,

Just looking at the odds being offered around on the US election and the 1.35-1.40 looking pretty good on another Obama term. But more importantly with regards to precious metals over the next 4 year period whether it's Obama or Romney that gets in who do you think will be the better of 2 evils with regards to precious metals prices over next few years? Or you think with QE3 it really won't make much difference who's sitting in whitehouse?

I think whoever sits in the office will not have much difference. The only difference is how they manage the collapse. Will they let the free market to decide or they once again are going to interfere and rearrange the economy. Both ways will be painful. There are simply too much dollar printed over the years since the breakdown of the Bretton Wood in 1971. It is not like a cold, it is a cancer caused by unhealthy lifestyle of government and their monetary policies over the years.

Obama didn't stop Ben or the Fed's QE. Would Romney?

Romney should be better for everyone. He has the reputation of solving problems. Maybe he solves the problems and we sell our silver and possibly our gold. Or he tries and fails and we are no worse off than under BO. Or he doesn't try at all and we are no worse off than under BO.

From a UK point of view I don't care who gets voted in, all I hope is that our Prime Minister dosn't run and kiss his backside, like they usually do.

With regards to precious metals, I believe obama. He doubled the U.S. deficit in the past 4 years. That's more than any other U.S. President. So with that in mind, if he is elected again the USA will probably go bankrupt faster than if Romney got elected. There is no way we can pay of the deficit so it's only a matter of time until something disastrous happens and sends precious metal prices sky rocketing.

I don't know how to edit my post so i'm double posting. Heaven forbid though that Obama get's elected again. Of course I think he'd make PM prices go up, I would rather him not be elected. I think Romney on the other hand can help the economy more than Obama can. As someone else already mentioned, i also like the idea of a having a president with business experience

It wouldn't surprise me if this big storm in America was created through weather modification to take the attention away from Romney gaining popularity.

Weather modification has gone on for decades.

I my opinion, it doesn't matter which one is elected. Neither of them have any plans on reforming the US monetairy problems. Precious metals will thrive with QE3.

Romney will be worse then Obama, he's going to have to work hard though! Obama was a real talent when I came to ruining the US
