    Hi,

last year the PM canceled the 5 oz and 10oz Rabbits very nearly.
There are not much 5 and 10 oz Rabbits sold, so maybe the rabbit
mintage may be lower than the also low Mouse.

Year of the rabbit is not over now, but they wont ...

I think the mint will also cancel some dragon early to keep market
strong for the sizes outside the 1oz coins.

What do you think maybe canceled first ?

My tipp: 2 oz dragons will be canceled first

...as mentioned to me today - Rabbit 5oz and 10oz could be 'sleepers' with high premiums to follow in due time based on limited mintage

2oz might go first but struggle to understand why 4x1/2oz is VERY close to the same price as a 2oz? that said will go the 1/2oz first to be goneski

I recon the 1/2oz is the odd one out.
Most people are going for the 2oz size because they can't get the 1oz anymore.

I doubt any will be cancelled. The Perth Mint bought a new press to push up production and without producing 1oz's they can keep other sizes pumping.

    Agreed.

Or they may stop production and then start it up again later on, a bit like the lunar mouse.

The 2012 Dragon series will be a cash cow for the mint and I reckon they will want to milk it all the way to September 2012 when the Snake will be released....

1/2oz, 2oz and 5oz now suspended by the Mint -> I think just ordering from them directly but not sure.

Temporary halt in taking orders - not a cancellation. Looks like they're trying to rebuild some inventory before accepting more orders in those sizes, with the 1/2oz coming back online first.

I don't think they'll cancel 1/2 oz coin, with silver price heading towards $50 again and beyond I think 1/2 oz silver will become more popular in the near future.
