Where to buy Original Perth Mint capsules?

Dear stackers,
Kindly advise where can I find capsules for various sizes of original Perth Mint Lunar Series II (silver bullion)?

I wanted a kilo coin capsule but when I rang the mint they were pretty adamant that they didn't sell them, at least not to civilians (non-dealers).
Found a couple places, one on ebay and another website but both were European (German I think) and being priced in euro plus postage it was a little pricey.

I hadn't seen the capsules in Perth bullion though, that's a good lead. Thanks! They don't have a 1kg capsule on hand by they do have 1kg box so they might be able to do something if I contact them directly.

 

every week there is at least one "where to buy perth mint capsules thread" people either need to work on their googling skills or there has to be a sticky or something.

 

Or someone on the forum needs to recognize a business opportunity, source a good stock of capsules, and be ready to jump in with offers to sell.

Thought about it but the time and effort dealing with, packaging and then posting the many different varieties of capsules for lots of people for a few cents profit each time... I'll leave it to someone else.

 

sorry if its been asked and answered,but I also find myself needing capsules for 1/10 oz gold lunars both series I and series II.It appears that the only capsules I can find are direct fit ones where the outer dimensions are 32mm so it wont fit in my nice case.Google in the states doesnt have any listings other than the direct fit.The perth mint says we dont sell capsules.

 

i can and cant help u just by saying that u should start buying 1/10 oz lunars from other places. who the hell buys or sells perth gold coins without its case?

Thanks for the imput guys.I bought a few lunars with cracked cases(didnt know they were cracked at the time) and was looking to replace them.My only other alternative is to buy other gold coins online ie: the 1/10 oz australian american memorial which has a capsule the same size as the SI and replace them that way.Was just looking to see if there was a source for these capsules.

 

I can supply all sizes of Perth Mint capsules. There are few exception Series I 1/4 , 1/10 , 1/2 kg & 1 kg are no longer available.
Will supply Australia only Overseas/International I can also do Note- I don't take Pay Pal or PPG

* Note: These are in new format capsules, are different from the older capsules. These capsules are from Perth Mint.

Please contact Chip, if you need some, I only keep some for my own personal consumption.
Any larger quantities you may have to wait awhile.

*Lunars size capsules are different from Kookaburras and Koala.

I would Always Support buying from someone off this website first but if there is something chip can't supply I found perth bullion to be really helpful over the phone.

They didn't have what I wanted on the website so I assumed they didn't gave it so I rang and asked if they cou ld get it in and they basically said that bit everything is up in the online shop yet and they were more than happy to make up a custom paypal request abs send them to me. Good price, reasonable shipping and they gave me the 100 unit purchase price on some 39mm air tites. Very easy and helpful.
