    The site sponsors aren't the people to ask support questions of - this Q&A forum is the best place to post questions. Most visible and quickest answers.

    Users still show up as logged in for about 15 minutes after closing the browser, so just because someone is marked as "online" does not mean they are actually currently on the forum. Most people don't bother to log out.

    I empathise with your emotions on this subject F K..

    All I can say ...and not as a newbie,of course..been kicking around here for awhile. Remember,that while this forum is basically a networking place..there are networks within the network :)

    My advice is to read lots ..observe the behaviour and attitudes of many long time posters and some so called sponsors.... there are so many really cool people on SS ..build your own personal network within the network ...

    AND ...always smile when they P***S you off :)
