    Hi,

    Why are there so many more instances recently of people getting insulted/made to feel like a cretin or shouted down on this forum ?

    Their only crime being they are newbies and dare ask a question that has been asked before or if someone says something that goes challenges the status quo.

    This seems to have got a lot worse on this forum in the past 3 - 4 months.

    Just my opinion, but I think this is spoiling what is otherwise a great forum. I know that I have personally stopped posting as much to the forum as a result, and I am sure I am not the only one.

    Sadly the snarky comments, insults and intellectual snobbery from those with an over-inflated sense of self-importance, are starting to make this forum sound more like question time in parliament - rather than the welcoming forum it should be.

    Whatever happened to saying nothing, if you had nothing nice (or constructive) to say ?



    PS It was pleasantly refreshing to see someone helping out a newbie here rather than the typical eyerolls :rolleyes: they seem to be attracting lately.

    I prefer to listen to everyones pov then make my own mind up.
