What time is it now?

    Can someone explain time to me on SilverStackers.

    A couple of times now I've seen auctions say ends at Xpm and when I visit the auction page I find that the 'closed' post reads "X - 1" or "X plus 1"

    Just to check, this post is being written at 9.05pm in Melbourne which I think is 2105 EST.

    Am I missing something?

    Edit to add that SS timestamp says

    Today 22:06:29

    and
    http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/australia/melbourne
    says 9:07 pm
