Unfortunately there are lots of these as well. :( They should be abolished.

    And replaced with?

Or do you just hope those with Disabilities just shrivell up and die like Darwin says they should.

No tax, no services for those unable to look after themselves.

This is a lie perpetuated by socialists. It's been discussed to death in other threads (and in the literature if you want to venture beyond SS).

Show me where people with Disabilities are discussed and the magical funding solution that arises from your Libertarian model.

Do Not-for-profit organisations ring up a rich person like Gina and ask her to cough up some cash, or does society as a whole all of a sudden become benevolent and charitable instead of the self interested "Bugger you Jack, Im alright" People that call for taxes to be lowered or abolished?

I GIVE my time a few days a week to a palliative care center in colac that is 100% community funded.. it is an amazing place, not funded my super rich.. and because it is run by community funding not government, a lot less waste.. i could see a lot more care being run this way..
however.. there are some well off locals that donated large amounts.. and the building was donated.. people do care enough to give... plus they probably love the tax write off :p
