I was in a discussion yesterday about why we should be buying silver, so i thought i would extend that question out to the Silver Stacker community....

What is your prediction for the GSR ratio in future? Why?

What investments make sense to you, based on your outlook to the future?

I have the unique ability of buying silver just before a drop in the spot price.

This has happened every time I have bought since I started buying PM's in April this year.

I am looking to buy some more at the moment so be prepared for another drop in spot price.

9 to 1 because that is the ratio it comes out of ground. Imo there will come a time soon when them banksters fiat world collapses and they will give up on rigging PMs.

Me think the GSR trading strategy may not be as simple as it looks.
First. Metals are priced in $US. When the $ tanks metal rises and vice versa. This inverse relationship will negate much of the gain in local currency.
Second. When doing a swap with the dealer, he is actually doing two transactions. One for a sell-back at spot (you lose all of the premium paid), and a fresh sale at spot+spread+premium+tax+shipping etc.
Thirdly, how can one concludes the current GSR (about 75/76) as favorable for silver? Where the range for the past 5 years has been between 88 and 50 with a mean of 69.

Above ground Gold, there are approx. 8 billion oz's.
Above ground Silver, there are approx. 2 billion oz's
