For whatever reason a local thrift store of mine has come into possession of Tens of thousands of new Neckties. They literally look like they were pulled from shelves and donated, most have store prices still intact. They are not cheapies either, most from Nordstroms and other high end stores. They are selling them 20x for 1 dollar!

I'm not an expert on ties but I'm learning quickly because I have amassed over 2000 so far  I'm taking the slow and steady approach and picking up a few hundred a day. I have not had a chance to examine every brand but I have seen tons of very high end ones and have price checked several online. My plan is to sort and begin listing ties on Ebay this weekend! I figure for $.05 I can't go wrong!

I have so many ties I don't know what to do! Its nice to have a steady inventory though. I should start throwing a handful of ties in with any random sale I make. Someone buys a used record player I throw in an Armani tie :p Worst case I can use them if I run out of packing peanuts!
