Hi all, I have a load of sovereigns, full's, half's, doubles and a couple of 5, They are all different dates and heads ranging from old to new.

I bought most of them as a job lot and to be honest I'm not that well up on sov's !

What I'd like to know is what are the rare years to look out for ? (ones worth more than the gold value)

Then I'll cross my fingers and have a root through them all :)

    Thanks in advance guys

Will identify any rarities you may be interested in.

There's no point listing the coins because people are unsure of your budget.

Having said that...A 1920 Sydney Mint Australian Sovereign sold for over $1,000,000

Finding a few of them in my stack would be nice ;)

I was under the impression there was a dozen or so dates that was worth more than normal sov's due to being rare ?
