Hi All I've been spending my past few weeks since the big drop waiting for my order. I placed an order on the 15th April and I just got an email this afternoon saying its on its way! Just curious, how long are some people out there were told to expect to wait? Are dealers giving you accurate approximations for delivery? Also, whats the longest somebody has had to wait to get their hands on the goods? - would be interesting to hear - Silver Jay
BB are saying 2-4 weeks but it seems to be more for the international brands like Scottsdale. Doesn't bother me how long it takes to arrive, once the order is in for the price advertised that's all that really matters.
Bullion List, this week I ordered international stuff and they let me know it was ready for pick up the next day.
I've found Bullion List to have great service, on average I get my orders within three days Dealers in Melbourne seem to take longer than this some times two weeks, and that we before the price drop
During peak periods you can expect delays! Even on the route to Mount Everest, you'll expect delays from about 01 May - 14 May. I once waited 2-3 months for a order from BullionBourse of 1oz Silver bullets and nearly forgot about them till i recieved the email, BUT other then that they are great and usually take about a week or so have my order in my hands
...and if you want to sell in the meantime then go ahead - just tell them there is an X week delay. Isn't that what happened with the lunar snakes
