Trump says he's approved Oracle deal for US TikTok operations The new company, which will be called TikTok Global, has agreed to donate US$5 billion (S$6.8 billion) to an educational fund based in Texas, which Trump said would satisfy his request for a contribution to the government for helping to arrange the deal. "They're going to be setting up a very large fund," Trump said. "That's their contribution that I've been asking for." TikTok Global will likely be headquartered in Texas and has said it will hire as many as 25,000 people, Trump said. for the sake of money $$$
Washington unilaterally reimposes UN sanctions on Iran despite opposition from UN Security Council members – including US allies If UN Member States fail to fulfill their obligations to implement these sanctions, the United States is prepared to use our domestic authorities to impose consequences for those failures and ensure that Iran does not reap the benefits of UN-prohibited activity. The Americans as a rule act as a bully and impose sanctions. The world community should decide how to act towards bullying. https://www.rt.com/usa/501182-us-un-sanctions-reimposed-iran/ just like comic strips
which world community? they mean differently to different people lol HK is China. there are British passport holders there who are non Chinese who do not understand the meaning of 1997 handover back to China, the law was written and up to the owner's amendment when she see fit
Not according to me, most of the free world or the people of HK who want their freedom. Not to mention anyone else who is not a CPC sockpuppet. Stand Up For Hong Kong
The word "China" is often misused. Is Taiwan China? Yes, Taiwan is China. So is HK. Each can claim to be the original China. But Communism isn't a Chinese ideology. It's a European ideology. It conflicts with Chinese culture, which was why it didn't work and they adopted market reforms. The original Chinese culture is based on Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. You'll see more of this in South Korea and Taiwan today. South Korea is more "Chinese" than China.
The Chinese have always had a collectivist notion of what constitutes China and the Chinese. I'm sure those that want independence from China are quite happy to refer to themselves as being of Chinese origin, but they don't want to be a part of China. The problem is that those in power in mainland China have no concept of the notion of independence, it's a completely foreign concept to most mainland Chinese. Jefferson would likely be on the side of the people of Hong Kong because China in all of it's incarnations over the past centuries has been guilty of subjecting its people to: "a long train of abuses and usurpations". China is long overdue for its reformation, its enlightenment.
Soviet and Mao China were no longer, its Russia and Xi China same would be with Sunni and Shia, they are just labels, when the support for their allies, you no longer call them Muslim, they are not they are just labels, the support with the one with one eye, the bread is endless. the god of this world, you can ask anything needed, except life
Jefferson's bones is allowed to be flown to HK, so long they ask first lol the last hundred years, inclusive of the Kuomintang Nationalist China that flee to Taiwan island lol true indeed
After reading everything alor as written, it seems Chinese people love having little freedoms and support the CCP. So that must also mean they support Trump banning WeChat, as this further reduces the freedoms they seem to hate (according to alor). I mean if they can love the Chinese government limiting what they do, then they must also love other governments limiting what they do too.
Nothing to see here.....it's all propaganda.....we're the victims! I guess that's really all you have to offer. You didn't answer my question. I asked what do you, as an individual, consider to be the main negative aspects of the CCP? I didn't ask for drivel about Trump & Chinese people as a collective.
