    So the coin is normal, but the piece of paper in the plastic, put there by a third party grader, has an error.

    I'll pass on this one...

    The dude is psychotic or a drunk:) the coin has been on e bay for a year he started at 100,000.00 ,I guess he is waiting for some oil sheik to come along and think it is a good deal IMHO the coin is worth nothing more than 1 that is labelled correctly in fact it is worth 20.00 less the cost to get it fixed:)
