Oh no I have the same name! (Hilmi)

But I swear I don't live in Malaysia, don't even own a bike and most importantly I am not stupid enough to scam people on eBay! :D

What shits me is the crook just closes the PayPal dispute and don't receive any punishment.
I believe he should at least be fined by PayPal (he's funds frozen) or do jail time at most.

Looks like he just goes to defraud another seller next day with even positive feedback remaining.
It's a shame. That's why people on eBay don't want to post anything overseas.

He appears to be what law enforcement in old UK used to call a 'fence' - ie: a go to man for dodgy gear & knock-offs - and his network is such that he's got 6 and a half hundred FB 'Followers' - presumably who have some interest in what he does (buying from, selling to?)

If you dig deeper he's been active for ages soliciting items from sellers Worldwide - a lot of bike parts & accessories - and many of them have the same story to tell...

Nice work! Pay Pal seem to be very hesitant to ban a scammer, but will shut down a legitimate sellers account in minutes!

I dread selling items overseas when paid via Pay Pal and do what VRS stated. Registered at a minimum, photos of goods, including on scales and in and out of packaging (the packaged weight is recorded on the postal slip) then keep all the documents and follow the tracking. Remember this goes on in Australia as well and if you send an item over $250 US equivalent you must have a minimum of registered post, not just the tracking number on express or ebay satchels. if you don't you cannot fight the claim. https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/security/seller-protection-learn-more
