    Hi guys

A mate or mine has this 1g minted vintage bar and it’s got an unusual design on the back I’ve never seen before.

Just wondering if anyone has information about it as we’ve come up empty handed in our research

Any help will be appreciated :)

We were thinking a possible privately minted piece for a wedding, valentine or anniversary present or something like that back in the day. But the sun and the MM don’t seem to correlate to that theory

It certainly is a custom minting job, use of existing die for one side is a common way to reduce the minting costs.
