Geez your about as sharp as a bowling ball it took ten minutes to get an ambiguous connotation out of it.No not this time im actually agreeing ....maybe later
I made an offer a few hours ago, and since he is online and the seller an answer would be appreciated and it is. Now my new offer is $2.50 over spot for 1 ounce and $2 over for the 5 ounce fm rounds
I'm at work and don't have the time to look into it here. Will have a look tonight. It pays you to remember though that not everything is about the money. Personalities come into play as well.
Mate with your attitude I wouldn't sell you anything of mine ,not even at 10 x my asking price You've got your head up in the clowds so far ,you really have no idea
You take things too personally monkeyboy. Relax. Let's not have another argument. Its demeaning to both of us.
NO FUCK you & the horse you rode in on All you are doing is baiting people by telling them you are right & they are wrong because you say so
I fail to see why having an opinion that second hand bullion should be cheaper than new bullion from a dealer is a personal insult to anyone. The guys who seem to be insulted are the same guys who sell second hand bullion here everyday at dealers prices. Coincidence? maybe. But I assure you it is nothing personal. Which I'm pretty sure I pointed out. And certainly not towards napthalene as he hasnt been on my radar. He just happens to be selling something today. I dare say monkeyboy wants to insult me for reasons fiscal and brings a discussion down to a level none of us need go
Don't think anybody's insulted by what you think. We all know this is the internets, not everybody's going to agree with what other people think. The guys trying to sell metal at dealer prices or above will probably fail at selling, you can laugh or whatever just don't shit on their thread and leave them be. Just ignore them, much like sometimes you go to the stores and think "WOW this is a rip" and continue walking. ps. I actually agree prices from private sellers should be slightly below dealer's prices.
Silver bullion, like any other 'valuable', appreciates in value due to it's rarity. Like the old fashioned 10oz PM bars? Expect to pay a premium. Why? Coz they don't make them any more. Some people like PAMPs (they are a sexy bar) some like PM kgs (recognizable branding) both have a premium to spot due to the fractional nature and available market. Some like the milled/minted varieties (Scottsdale, Silver Stackers etc) for a combination of both. The premium to be paid will be dependant on the amount of value adding thats gone into the presentation of the silver and the market that's interested in them (Proof vs Bullion versions ...they're both only silver). People may wish all they like for silver to be cheaper, and to be able to buy with out excessive premiums, but when silver goes back up to $50/oz and beyond if you NEED to get hold of it you'll pay whatever is asked (or not get it at all). Then wait and see what the premiums for physical supply becomes And as for second hand bullion? Like fine wine it just gets better with age
