    Hi gents,

I'm looking at getting into trading, however google is so full of info I don't really know where to start. Would anyone be able to point out somewhere where I can learn the basics?

    Thanks in advance!

Start by putting your money in an envelope and sending it to me. That is the feeling you will get when the bankers/brokers etc take your money in fees/brokerage/rigged markets/false tips etc etc.

Seriously, just best of luck. Try paper trading first and include brokerage in each trade.
I think the ASX has a paper trade game each year. I don't know when it starts but there is no reason you couldn't track it yourself.
