I'm not saying he is a total Ripoff Artist. I did get the coins delivered, they just weren't in the collectable condition I was expecting. It's not something I want to ruin someone's SS trading history over. In a private message to the seller I made it known I wasn't impressed. Just letting them know privately. So they are aware for future transactions. No reply or offer of return was made by the seller.

We need a form of action taken that represents a normal transaction process ie : - Seller puts up For Sale - Buyer / Buzzs, sends email for clarification etc... - Payment made - Goods Sent - Good received, all good + Feedback left. Problem with goods - PM/Email to seller advising of issue. - Suggest 24 Hours for response - If happy with response fine (Deal closed finished). If not happy where do we go from here ? It appears there have been a few posts saying should I, shouldn't I etc... This is because we don't have a way to finalise the dispute. I don't have the answer but I can see it gets a little messy about this stage. I have seen GP step in which is great and he certainly has my respect no issue there. Just not sure what else can be done ? Public Kanga court as has been mentioned appears to be just a lynch mob... I do believe though if you act honestly and describe as best you can. Also in the case in questions perhaps Photos at the start may have stopped this all together. So maybe a rule any numis deals must have a photo of the actual item listed ie Lunars, Pandas, etc... exempt Pandas or Lunars that are NGC, PCGS graded. Thoughts ?
