    Is toning common on the older Panda,s ( 1oz silver ) & if so does it affect value greatly ?

    toning is common on older silver pandas. It doesn't necessarily affect value as NCS can remove toning. Milk spots are also common on older pandas and are not easily removed by NCS. Milk spots will affect value.
