    Anyone familiar with this?
In the OMP it was hard to see as it was on the seam where the 2 edges of the capsule overlap.
    Is it fixable by NCS?

I seen a lot of 2001-D silver 1oz NCS conserved but still with toning in the edge. I used to own one but I can't stand the toning.

If NCS can fix the toning, then they did a very poor job on a lot of 2001-D silver 1oz.
