Congratulations. You make a first step to the panda vice In a few months you will buy the 2000 frosted and after 1 year you will buy the mirror and the other bigs
I purchased a few graded Pandas today from Ebay. I wonder if Panda prices are dropping because I paid significantly lower prices than what some fellow stackers here have been asking. I get to pay by paypal, free shipping and also earn 2% back on ebay rewards. Here is my haul today. 1990 NCG MS 68 Large Date 1 oz silver Panda USD$132.27 1991 NCG MS 68 Small Date 1 oz silver Panda USD$143.50 1992 NCG MS 68 Large Date 1 oz silver Panda USD$147.50 1987 NCG Proof 67 Ultra Cameo 1 oz silver Panda USD $356.89 They all come with free shipping to Canada. What do you guys think?
@silverfever - I recommend you subscribe to Panda pricepedia by Peter Anthony - it would be a good investment. What people are asking in this board probably should not be your reference. Just a suggestion.
The 68's and 67's have less market and more volatilty than 69's. The pricepedia costs 15 uss for 3 months (5 uss each) and if you like buy pandas is a good investments. You have it to compare prices and i use the last ebay auctions too.
You got a good deal on the 91 and 92 imo. Don't be so surprised at winning cheap, I won quite a lot on eBay for cheap and thought I was overpaying/prices crashing but it was actually because people either missed the auction or didn't bid.
I just bought this for $40usd flat. 1995 half ounce silver panda with a sterling silver bezel. I know the numismatic value gets killed but I couldn't resist this beauty for such a cheap price. Somewhere between lost numismatic value and an amazing gift there is a value remaining over spot Comes in a jewelry box with papers from "Coin Creations". Haven't even received it yet, just paid for it.
Pricepedia is for sure a wonderful tool .............. another recommendation is when you are on e bay searching for a specific coin ,use the completed listing button, there sometimes is not a more accurate gauge of value, then what someone is willing to pay for something in an arms length transaction.
I think you can also use Badon's Coin Compendium to search for sightings & compare prices that way if you want. Not sure if you need an account to access but if you do PM me.
Totally awesome GOW coins Lightsview ... I honestly do not know much about these except I'm eventually going to get one or two ! Love the cool boxes as well, beautiful ... this is how I like to buy coins, either OMP or graded. Anyway very well done and fantastic coins man !

Very impressive musemellow. Was there a colourised silver panda produced in 1999 or was that a 'rogue' production?
