Milk spots... do they both ignore them for grading fees?

It would have been nice, for the graph to show NGC populations at the same time.

    1953-S Washington-Carver Half Dollar, PCGS MS 67

    Date Population Actual Auction Result
    January 10, 2013 5 PGCS $10,575
    October 4, 2016 14 PGCS $3,995

    January 10, 2013 X NGS $ABCD
    October 4, 2016 Y NGS $ABCD

That's why the additional 3rd party grading stickers have shown up. I'm not stabbing anything until they open up an Australian office even if it's just a forwarding to the aisian or US offices fit actual grading. Even then... And grading ancients? A verification process perhaps to confirm authenticity, but half of having a great big Silver tetradtachm is holding something big, beautiful, Silver and ancient I'm your own hands. It's like being able to touch the stuff behind the glass the museum, stabbing ancients is horrible. Shame NGC, if they can do detailed pictures and certify diamonds they can for coins.

Something they didn't mention, at least for the 1953-S MS67 example above is that in recent times, the PCGS sale price has been about double that of the NGC in MS67:

    https://auctions.stacksbowers.com/lots/view/1-1FY8M

    Even more:

2013 sales - 2,300 for the NGC and 9,400 for the PCGS!

    https://coins.ha.com/itm/commemorat...on-carver-ms67-ngc/a/1189-4516.s?type=NGC1189

    https://coins.ha.com/itm/commemorat...rver-ms67-pcgs-cac/a/1188-5944.s?type=NGC1188

These kinds of articles are slanted, they should only be viewed in context. The lesson here is to do research into what you buy before buying it, the increased number of PCGS coins could be something as simple as people moving their NGC coins to PCGS slabs for example. Given the above example, if you have an MS67 NGC slabbed coin, you would rather double the value by putting it into a PCGS holder!?
