Watched this movie again as the underlying theme is timeless, plus it's a good laugh at times:

This movie is pretty old now, and when it came out, it was a pretty big deal, to me at least. Same with Wolf of Wall St. An absolutely entertaining film but with a totally rotten moral centre. Belford got off light and never paid back the money he was ordered to pay. Making money as a "Ned Kelly" type celebrity and doing motivation seminars.

The Big Short would be funnier now if the system was still not a corrupt house of cards, but it's not. It's like a sharp dose of reality.

Have u been reading about the bond vigilantes of this week? It could get rough and worse, regardless off what DJT does. Volatility is here.
There is a Betashares ETF, BBUS. Strong US Equities Bear Market fund. If you could time that, you'd be making some dough. I'm not that clever at trading, though.

My thoughts are that The Fed will restart QE which would be bearish for the bears. :D

I'm not sure when though. Maybe June?

Bonds are going in the opposite direction to Trump and Bessent's plans.

Yeah, they are being dumped. Isn't QE reliant on stability in the bond market?
