Are there any issues at Chullora, NSW? I have had a package there since 29th September. Posted on 26th September and should have arrived in QLD by Friday 30th. What's the weather like down that way?
Sent a parcel to Perth last week Arrives in Queensland 4 days later Ring the AP number & couldn't get it through to the DUMB ASS on the end of the phone for 15 minutes That I sent it to Perth NOT Queensland Got put through to the " supervisor " He says his never heard of such things happening  Really ?
Doesn't mean it's IN Chullora, just that that is the last place anyone saw it. Could be anywhere ........
We wherever it is, it is still there, certainly isn't here. Still, my inquiry is in progress, according to the email they sent me on 5th October, must be a pretty in-depth inquiry as I haven't heard anything yet. How long does it need to be quiet before they automatically shut the inquiry?

I've been receiving items from different states faster than items posted within an hours drive. Still waiting on 2 items which were posted over a week ago. I could have walked to both locations picked them up and walked home in a day. Thankyou aust post your local service is getting better every year.
I just sent a parcel via courier, Perth to Qld, the courier picked it up from my door. It cost $24. AusPost wanted $36 to post the same parcel over the counter!
I just realised a parcel that I send from Melb Metropolitan on 26th Sept to Brisbane, has a sleep over at NSW for 2 weeks. And the parcel hasn't arrived yet, still in sorting facility in QLD.
Package arrived this morning, sadly the contents didn't And nice though the envelope is, it was really the contents I was after.
Parcel from USA has made it to Sydney on the 7th and no fresh updates since and has not arrived yet. How hard is it???
Don't think it's Australia post's fault. There was a borders and customs strike. http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies.cfm?t=2572576
one of my client (another SS member) has a similar issue as you OZCOPPER. the parcel status said "in transit" but the local post office claims they have never received such parcel.
i have also have a parcel delivery to USA posted on 30th Sep via Standard International satchel, said 5 working days will arrive in client's address and now already 15 working days past! parcel status never update since parcel lodged on 30th. call up post office international team been given a ref number and ask re-call on this Friday. anyone had issues using AUpost's Standard International satchel?
27/9 - Item leaves Japan with Tracking number 20/10 - no update on tracking viewed via website - last details were from leaving Japan. 20/10 - Sender verifies with postal service his end that it got to Customs in Sydney on 29/9 21/10 - Ring Australia Post to query, they advise it was on its way back to sender. Reason for return - not picked up from PO BOX. A - Item was addressed to a physical address not a PO BOX. B - I personally check PO Box every second day (and am only one to do so) - There was no item or notification for pickup of item. C - Why wasnt tracking used from moment item landed in Australia as he paid for this service?
