The 1990 Gold Nugget...

    What would you guys pay for these?

    Are they (or this series) sought after?

    Just to clarify this is 1/4oz.

    My view is that the nuggets aren't specifically sought after in comparison to other gold coins. While i do like it better than some other roos, if i had the money i'd consider up to spot plus 10% i guess.

    I'd take a look at the website of Peter Davis (site sponsor). These are the quintessential 1/4oz bullion coin - they will sell on a bullion basis.

    At time of posting for example, with gold AUD spot at $1447, he has them listed for $384 (if in stock).

    Thanks GP, found some just below $400 and thought I had a good price...

    I'm suprised they're so cheap for a 1/4oz gold coin.

    Probably a good coin to stack at that price?

    If not, what would you guys recommend?

    If you can't afford to buy larger with lower premium, or they suit your exit strategy, they're a great size.

    There's only $28 difference between 4 x quarters and a 1oz Nugget.

    That's pretty epic.
