Someone just got worked - 2010-W-American-Gold-Eagle 1 oz proof $1140

    First post in quite a while. :)
    Just sat and watched a really spinny auction end on the bay, lol.

    Seller with 0 feedback, free postage, photos not the best, all a bit dodgy looking to say the least.
    But from what I can tell I think the coin in the pic looked real.

    Either way, at $1140 someone just got hammered. :eek:
    Just not sure who. :lol:

    Anyone else on here see that go down?

    I saw that one earlier when it was up to $400 (for 1oz gold coin WTF ???) - things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmm.

    Users with 0 feedback, selling gold bullion of all things .... NEVER a good sign :rolleyes:

    ebay and paypal cover buyer's back if it's a scam ...

    message to buyer:
    buyer, get the coin, show to bullion dealer, confirm the metal identity ... if confirmed real don't forget to report the profit to Tax officials))))
