In a million years I would have never thought owning a Landscaping business would have been profitable in a financial crisis lol.
But One of my businesses is down a good solid chunk and I was worrying, Yet My landscaping business is running at records lol.

On what planet does Landscaping boom in a financial downturn? ahaha.
I was originally heading towards a $100k loss this year because of a hit to my other business because of restrictions and the loss of my partners job from virus, But because of the business I least expected to perform is performing, Thats changed the situation completely. lol

Im watching friends businesses that would usually do solid numbers even in a time like this closing and others like bike shops who would usually do pretty shit in a downturn selling record breaking numbers lol

    Its like bizarro world.

Theres nothing like that open here, only essential whatever that means.
It seems the business would be essential to the owner.
Maybe they will grow a sack eventually.
Not my business, not my problem.

My daughter works at a liquor store, record sales the last few months. The weed shops are killing it. Everyone else on the brink of collapse.

Piss and drugs, gotta love peoples priorities lol

In Aus every one is buying bikes and riding around with their family as it was the only thing they could do besides sitting around getting tanked. Plus we are being told that staying fit and healthy is good for fighting a virus.
every one else is doing Renovations around the home while they bored.
so those two industries along with Health and fitness stores are going crazy right now.

Settling down now, but seeds and seedlings were selling out and chooks were hard to source. No noticeable increase in enquiries for bees and hives though.

I think if I was actually going to stay near a city. In a few months from now I could get myself some nice Ultegra or DuraAce Carbon fibre roadie in exchange for a can or two of baked beans.
