Ok just read it.... seems like great news, lets hope nothing screws it up.

Congrats to IGR holders, what is to become of the managment team?
Is it a merger? Or a takeover called a merger?

When Catalpa and Conquest 'merged' the CEO of Catalpa was ousted in a year, dont know if he left or he was asked to leave.

IntegraLake Resources will be basically on par with Evolution Mining if it goes through.
Ill do some math on full dilution of merged entity share structure and find a price target

Obviously good news for IGR shareholders.

What is people's opinion for SLR shareholders ? Does the value add outweigh the share dilution ?

If they over paid for this takeover (its not really a merger lets call, a spade a spade) then they didnt over pay by much. The managment obviously has a very bullish outlook for Gold or else they would not aquire IGR and Phillips River's assets.

SLR are obviously trying to fill the space evolution and kingsgate are all fighting for, the pre-eminent mid-teir market in the Australian gold mining space.

400,000 ounces per annum is equivolent to Evolution Mining, Kingsgate is falling behind but these three are fighting for the same space and excluding another company making a mind blowing discovery or takeover in Australia, I believe these three represent the future of Australian mining.

The next newcrest is in one of these three.
