I'm new to (physical) stacking of silver but not new to investing and an important rule to investing is diversification. So I don't think it's right to say oh you should have invested in gold or even cash would have got better long term interest than silver - you should have invested in all of the above and more like real estate, stocks, etc. and the percentage of how much of your wealth to put in each one is actually an art form and its a beautiful thing to see when it's performing it's dance of light when you get it right.
we have been blindfolded by the exchange rates, so what is most likely to happen is dropping the bar on the toes how to tell if gold or silver just by feeling them, tungsten is very close to gold, while silver and copper would feel similar unless they are at least 3x beggar otherwise the risk of default is just unacceptable for majority of risk takers
I'm slightly over a year into stacking, it has been a nerve racking ride to say the least. A 15% drop in silver price or 8% drop in the price of gold over 3 months, and it's like the end of the world. Likewise a 8% rise in gold and silver is considered dead and condemned if it doesn't match up. For stocks, swings of 10%-15% a day is common. I try to maintain 50:50 on silver and gold but gold is really getting too expensive to buy, I'm referring to 1oz coins.
Really strong overnight session for silver up 50c. I expect this to be the early stages of a silver breakout where it retests $50 over the course of 16 months as silver takes the lead from gold and precious metals enter the proper Bull phase. Looking for some elusive $1 up days in the coming weeks and months. Chasing 10oz low premium bars for the first time in years as I envisage a multinational from here purchased near these levels. Go silver... You vastly undervalued commodity.
Yes, it had been a good 10 months or so for those of us buying semi-numis, QBs, lunars, koalas, crocodiles...
I have plenty of silver I paid $17 and $18 from a few years ago but nothing over $20. I need a couple more dollars to be in the green and I'm selling it all! JK I did get some $14 silver while it lasted
It's still cheap as heck and dont pay attention to a handful of zinc pennies. Keep stacking as hard as you can. Even sell some crap you dont need and buy some metals. It's always better to have that money freed up into REAL money anyway. Sell everything you dont need and stack it away while you can. You'll feel better after simplifying and you might double your stack (and wealth) in the process! Silver is about to say "hold my beer and watch this!"
Yeah I should have said "hold my beer and hand me my gun!" Rebel Son sing it best in "Redneck piece of white trash". It's a catchy tune and I'm a rocker through and through.

Congratulations on buying some PAPER representations of Silver. I hope it works out for you. Otherwise you are left with PAPER & we have the 'REAL THING'.
