The amended Kitco report can be found here - http://www.kitco.com/reports/KitcoNews20101216Dec_outlook.html

    Extract copied as follows -

Robin Bhar, senior metals analyst at Credit Agricole CIB in London, forecasts silver prices to average $29 an ounce in 2011, up from a previous estimate of $23, based on support from investor demand and a pickup in manufacturing. That forecast is down from the current trading price of around $30, which again underscores the volatile nature of silver.

Note the price revision up from $23 to $29
