SLR finished on the right side of a dollar this afternoon, for the TA readers what are the resistance numbers on the upside? It felt like $0.98c was one of them, I watched the share price stumble on this price for a couple of days I have a feeling $1.10 is going to be run down next week Good luck to all holders Alfie
Now is approaching the time to take some small profits at the various 200 day moving averages. The 50 day will act as support but the 200ma will be significant resistance.
You inhabit a world of certitudes don't you? The 200 dma for SLR is at ~1.87 Straight from an expert on fundamentals to telling it like it is on technicals
just checked my data I get $1.60 but I use 200 EMA ( exponential moving average) 50 EMA is ~$0.86 Great buying at $0.51 SS I had the choice to lock in silver bullion ( sorry Simon ) or buy/add at the end of the financial year. I have added quite a few myself but unfortunately not at the low but well under the $1.00 also NST, PXG, CHZ, SMI, RRL, MML, AOG, BDR the only few I havent add to are CAS, MRP a little more work to do for those two had as you call a "stink" bid for PPM ( yes that was me at the bottom of the market depth) unfortunately no fill
Looks like people have voted with their feet. You can check out the previous SLR thread here: http://forums.silverstackers.com/topic-39525-why-the-drop-in-slr-today.html

SLV is $26.67 (AUD) Stock up 43.26% (.705 > 1.01) in the past two weeks. Hope those red numbers some are holding will be turning green soon. Should be a good opening on Monday! GM.
MRP may explode to the upside on monday - lots of big buys in the last ten minutes of friday trading. I topped up @ 0.135 a while ago. Price target is 0.25-30, but big sellers might come in if it attempts to rally. I reckon RRL will be the new Newcrest this year. I picked these guys up in the 3.50s just before it broke out, but RRL has under performed (probably because they were not beaten up as bad as the rest). So far KCN has outperformed everyone (to my knowledge) so I was very happy to have bought a big slab @ 1.28 BDR was a great buy - I sold some @ 0.75 to buy RRL But I do believe all will have a pull back (including the metals) I dont know if the low is in until its tested and holds. but spike lows are common
Actually thats not true, my other little known stock purchase has outperformed everyone... Good ol' Platina Resources (Platinum, Scandium, Palladium and Gold explorer) From 0.018 -> 0.09c outperformed everyone
Unbearable. It's the average buy-in that counts, not 500 bucks or whatever spent near the low, which was not mentioned anyway until success could be claimed. 2012-02-07 "Currently trading at 0.16c "Warning: I own a position" http://forums.silverstackers.com/topic-21960-platina-resources-pgm.html
